Russ Kelly Inc. has been in business for over 25 years. Russ Kelly Inc. specializes in retail and office fitout in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. A large portion of our business is either repeat business or referral. Our focus, due to demand, has been retail but our scheduling applies to all construction - we are able to complete a job on time and within budget.

As an example of timing, one of our strong relationships is Auntie Anne's Pretzels. We have completed well over 20 projects for various Franchisees of this concept.

Due to a time crunch, we recently completed an in-line mall store in Maryland, which typically takes 6-8 weeks, in just 2 ½ weeks! Also, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream in Center City Philadelphia, recently took a lease on a space near Rittenhouse square. They needed to be in before a busy summer holiday, only 2 weeks away, when we accepted the contract. Again we jumped in, got city approvals and performed a complete fitout, much to the delight of ownership. While we can't complete all jobs this quickly, we hope this illustrates our willingness and desire to accommodate special circumstances for our clients.

As for job size and scope, Russ Kelly Inc. does several million dollars in sales per year. We are bonded and insured. As for complexity, we have completed jobs in the Philadelphia International Airport in all five terminals (A, B, C, D and E). The Airport has one of the most complex systems of construction approvals in the region. As for scope, we recently built 3 stores for Glimcher Development, the developer of a new mall in North Jersey, and simultaneously built 3 in-line stores, all in a time crunch situation.

We also build offices! Russ Kelly Inc. completed a new corporate headquarters for Krispy Kreme in Folcroft, PA as well as transforming a warehouse into offices in the WIC Building in Philadelphia for Hampton Haddon.

As for our region, our primary emphasis is Center City Philadelphia and the eight county Philadelphia/New Jersey/Delaware region. We do travel outside of this region for our long-term customers. One such customer is Liberty Travel. Recent job completions for this fast-track travel agency include locations in downtown and suburban Boston, Dedham, and South Weymouth Massachusetts, and Riverhead New York.
