The Owner desired to combine his smaller coffee shop and smoothies store into a dual concept store. Russ Kelly Inc. worked with the Owner on all of the details. Two businesses now occupy a single space in the Center Court Grande Kiosk. While both share the same back area, it was important that different designs, equipment, millwork and signage were clearly defined and placed into each respective area.
