Barbara Kelly, President
As President of Russ Kelly Inc., Barbara
is responsible for overseeing the financial and management structure
of the firm. She works closely with the owners, franchisers, banks,
credit companies, subcontractors, building inspectors, license and inspection
agencies, Union Labor and employees. Her duties include on-site construction
management, permitting and client contact.
Barbara earned a BA in Accounting from
Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University, as
well as curriculum courses at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
She is a member of the Commercial Real
Estate Women (CREW), Past President, NNCREW, Past National Board Member
and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Russ Kelly, Vice President
Russ is responsible for overseeing new
sales and the coordination of existing business. He works closely with
the owners, franchisers, franchisees, subcontractors, Union Labor and
employees. He coordinates project job schedules with the owners, supervisors
and subcontractors. Russ is in charge of all negotiations with the subcontractors
and vendors. Russ has a direct involvement with all projects and keeps
in constant touch with the Project Managers, superintendents and owners.
Russ' strength is helping each individual
client understand the construction process, a knowledge that he has
gained through 30 years in the business. He enlightens our clients in
all phases of construction and solves problems in advance to help the
construction proceed according to schedule. Clients refer Russ to friends
and associates because they appreciate his common sense and approach
to their needs.
Russ is a member of the Carpenters Union
Local 8, and a member of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau.
